Quality

iGrid has instituted an Internet project planning policy to ensure quality in establishment of reasonable plans for performing the software engineering and for managing the ongoing projects. The policy provides guidelines for establishing the project scope, objectives and commitments, to estimate the effort required, and to identify and define the resources required to successfully delivering quality products and services to our clients.

We also have a competent project tracking and monitoring policy to provide adequate visibility into actual progress so that management can analyze the data and take action when the software project's performance deviates significantly from the plans.

The iGrid quality assurance team swings into action right from start as soon as the Request For Proposal (RFP) arrives. We implement the Software Quality Assurance (SQA) that addresses the quality assurance needs at every phase of the development cycle.

Our QA team has developed a focused quality control checklist. In addition, we also have a comprehensive Quality Testing Checklist which ensures that every solution delivered by iGrid measures up to the highest possible international standards.
